I design and build the sites; ATS Hosting, my own hosting platform, runs them — this site and Tiffany's Tales included. Below is its public site in its own words, so “we” there means Agent Tech Systems.
Storage
Storage for every kind of data
Files, relational data and AI embeddings each have a home on ATS, and we look after all of them.
File storage
S3-compatible storage for uploads, images and downloads.
- Private by default: files are reachable only through your site
- Optional public reads, served from a hostname of their own
- Presigned URLs, so a browser can upload straight to storage
- CORS is set for you once a store is attached to your site
- Nightly encrypted backups, kept 7 daily, 4 weekly and 6 monthly; a restore takes a safety backup first
Database
PostgreSQL 18, one private database for each site.
- Reachable only from its own site, on a private internal network
- The connection details are injected into your site, never typed or emailed
- Nightly backups, kept 7 daily, 4 weekly and 6 monthly
- A restore takes a safety backup of the current state first
Vector store
pgvector 0.8 inside your site's PostgreSQL.
- One switch, and no separate service to run
- Embeddings sit next to your relational data, queried with plain SQL
- The same private network and the same backups as the database
We set storage up and look after it for you. There is nothing to install, patch or schedule on your side.
