Bespoke apps that link into any system
If you can describe it, I can build it: apps and AI agents that connect to the tools and data you already use, find what matters and act on it, from reports and emails to updates in your own systems.
How a bespoke app works
The building blocks
These are parts I've already built. For each job I pick the ones it needs and join them up, so a new app starts from working pieces rather than a blank page.

Web scraping & browser automation

Vector stores with metadata search

MCP servers
Powerful AI models, chosen per step

Agentic flows

Linking into any system
Documents in and out

Security & human approval
Apps that act like a person
The apps I build can talk, listen and guide people the way a member of staff would, by voice or by text, and with a face if you want one.

- Its tour guide: ask it anything, or ask it for a tour.
- Tiffany's Tales (opens in a new tab)
- Its AI suggests your next read and explains why each pick fits.
- AI Procurement Bureau (opens in a new tab)
- Chloe, its assistant, shows visitors around and answers by text or voice.
Talk to your app from your phone
Every app I build gets its own MCP server. Connect it to Claude once, and you can talk to it from Claude on your phone: ask out loud, the way you'd ask a member of staff, and Claude answers from your app's own live data.
- Built in: an MCP server made for your app. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard Claude uses to connect to other systems.
- Connect once: add it to Claude as a connector, and it's there in the Claude app on your phone and on your computer.
- Talk to it: ask “What ran overnight?” or “Is anything waiting for my approval?” in Claude's voice mode and hear the answer, like talking to a person.
- Only for the people you allow: it asks you to sign in, and it can only see and do what you allow.

MCP serverHow it comes together
Four steps, from your first message to an app that's running.
- Step 1

Tell me what you need
Describe the job in your own words: what comes in, what should happen to it and what you want at the end. - Step 2

I come back with an estimate
I work out which building blocks the job needs and roughly how many hours it will take, before any work starts. - Step 3

I build it in stages
You see each stage working as it's built, so you can try it and steer it along the way. - Step 4

It goes live
It runs on ATS Hosting, my own hosting platform, or on your own servers.
What it costs
Every app I build is custom, so the cost depends on how complex it is: how many systems it links into and how much it has to do on its own. Tell me what you need and I'll come back with an estimate before any work starts.
Roughly£120an hour of development
Get a quoteHow it works, and how payment goes
Pay in two halves, or pay in full upfront and save 10%. The same plain terms apply to every job, so you know what to expect before you ask for a price.

Custom build & first draft
Every site or app I build is made to order. I aim to deliver a first draft within 2 to 5 working days of getting everything I need from you.
Updates
Once you have agreed the first draft, 3 medium updates are included at no charge. After that, each further update is £50.
Redesign
A redesign of your site or app is £250.Two payments
You pay 50% of the agreed estimate as a deposit before I begin work. The rest is due on completion, and no later than the end of the second month after I begin.
Pay in full, save 10%
Prefer one payment? Pay the whole price upfront, before I begin, and you get 10% off.
Ownership & missed payments
The site or app remains my property until it has been paid for in full. If a payment is missed, I will suspend the account until it has been paid.
Have an idea for an app?
Tell me what it should do and which systems it needs to link into, and I'll tell you how I'd build it.
