Your rights

  • Deletion (erasure)

Ask me to delete the personal data I hold about you. I delete it unless the law requires me to keep it, such as payment and accounting records, and if I must keep anything I tell you what and why.

  • Access

Ask for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, what I use it for and who I share it with.

  • Correction

Ask me to correct personal data that is wrong, or to complete data that is incomplete.

  • Objection

Object to how I use your personal data, including any use for marketing, which I then stop.

  • Complaint

Tell me if you're unhappy with how I've handled your data. I'd like the chance to put it right first.

How it works

If you have an account on this site, a deletion request also covers deleting your account, with its messages and the work saved in the apps.

I reply within one calendar month of receiving your request. I may first ask you to confirm it's you, usually by replying from the email address you gave, so that I never hand your data to someone else.

If you're not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator: make a complaint to the ICO (opens in a new tab).

How I use your data in the first place is set out in my privacy policy.

Make a request

Tell me what you'd like me to do with your data. All fields are required.

Use the address you used with me, so I can find your data.

For example, which data or which part of the site it is about. Please don't include card numbers or passwords.
